We are aware that Microsoft has recently pushed out several updates, which may be contributing to these issues. While we are not certain that this is the root cause, our IT team is diligently working to identify and resolve the problem.
The issues have primarily been reported by users accessing our site via Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Users of Firefox and Internet Explorer have reported successful access.
If possible, we recommend accessing our site through Firefox or Internet Explorer. For Edge users, you can reload our site in IE mode via the settings. (see image below)
